Setup & Installation

Config: Ensure `browser.enabled: true`

Install Extension (Optional): `openclaw browser extension install` and load in Chrome

Install Playwright: Run install script or `npm i -g playwright`

Start Service: `openclaw gateway start`

Important Notes

  • Login manually for sites with auth; avoid letting AI handle passwords directly
  • Managed Browser saves Cookies, protect them well
  • Linux Snap Chromium may have permission issues
